Returns & Exchanges
We hope your MaShakara piece brings you lasting joy. However, should you wish to make a return, we accept items in exchange for a MaShakara store gift card. Conditions for Return Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Upon inspection, you will receive a MaShakara gift card equal to the value of your returned item(s). Gift cards are non-refundable and may be used toward any future purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless an item arrives damaged or in error. Due to hygiene standards, certain categories such as accessories or intimate garments are final sale and not eligible for return.
